Breaking Barriers is based in Applied Behavior Analysis, using Naturalistic Environmental Teaching (N.E.T.) methods with a compassionate and individualized approach for each person with or at risk for developmental delays. Services are provided in the individual’s home and across various community settings and are available for all ages, including adults.

A co-led training model is utilized that enables all family members and stakeholders that are relevant in the individual’s life to be active participants in the program and quickly acquire the necessary skills to better support the individual beyond direct program hours for maximal benefits. Programs will be co-led by the individual receiving services, the parent/caregiver, and a Board Certified Behavior analyst.
